Irie Dreads Rules and Regulations


  • Please be on time. Time is money and yes, we charge you the costs. 
  • Make sure your hair including scalp is clean, washed and dry at your locomotive appointment. A shower and a deodorant can't hurt anyone either. No pets allowed, sorry, not sorry. 
  • We are a hair salon, we do dreadlocks and want our client to enjoy this me-time in peace, we are not a social meeting place, please come alone or in time of need with a 1, bring your friends, their friends the neighbor and their family please don't come.
  • Of course you can grab a bite to eat with your coffee / tea, but please leave those smelly tupperware bowls at home. 
  • The payment must be made in advance with your online booking, or otherwise in cash, by pin or per tick before you leave our salon, you do not buy jeans at the Levi's store and only pay for them 3 days later, right? 
  • You can use our free WiFi, but we also like a good conversation. 
  • Make a decision, make a choice, think about what you want and what look you like and if it is possible with your hair.
  • We are miracle workers, yes! and can do 'almost' anything .... but to make long black locs on straight blond thin short hair is the part where 'almost' comes in, be reasonable please. 
  • We understand that it hurts that it is not a pleasant feeling on your scalp. we do our best to make it as painless as possible. 
  • We can offer a little break even 2 if you are nice, but we cannot stop every 5 minutes or give you smoking breaks, we have a full working day and a normal updating appointment lasts up to 1.5 hours so stay in your seat belt om, enjoy the ride 
  • It is very nice to want to help untangle the bird's nest and / or try to comb out the ends, roll your locomotives while you are sitting. This is something you may want to do at home and not if we have a sharp needle in our hand right over your head. 
  • The price list is not negotiable. 
  • You are responsible for the booked appointment, if you have booked a wrong treatment or have not booked enough time for what actually needs to be done, we will help you for the appointment you have booked and we kindly request you to book one more for the remaining time needed and come back another time.
  • You can change / cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance via the link in the appointment confirmation that you have received from us by email.
  • No-Show, means No refund!. We do not pay our bills with air. We have reserved a certain time in the agenda for you and expect you on the seat, the moment you do not show up, the seat remains empty and we can no longer schedule anyone to fill the gap.
  • Illness / cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment. This can happen to anyone! We understand completely, app, call, email, contact us and then we reschedule the appointment. We do charge a small amount for this as compensation, of €20.00. You will receive a payment request for this.
  • You agree to the above terms and conditions, rules and regulations.
