This treatment is perfect for you if:

✔ you have maintained your locs yourself.
Your locs are already growing well, and you want them to be neat, well-groomed, and balanced again. With this appointment, we take extra time and attention to carefully assess the previous work and build upon it. Working on existing work from another loctician simply requires more precision than a standard touch-up session—and we are happy to give you that space.
When booking, you can indicate whether you prefer the crochet or interlocking method. Unsure? No worries — we will advise you during the treatment on what best suits your hair and loc journey.

With crochet or interlocking, whatever you prefer! Let us know which method you prefer when you make your appointment, or ask for our personalized advice!
Beach Locs Touch-ups are for clients with a minimum of 11 to a maximum of 35 locs distributed throughout the hair, and who have had their locs touched up or applied within the last 3 months!

Do you have more than 35 beach locs? Then select the 'Standard Touch-up' treatment in the menu.
Beachlocs that are messy, have kinks, but don't quite need a 150-minute repair, but could definitely use more love than the standard beachloc treatment.
So: 120 min beachloc care!
Retwist
With this treatment, the regrowth of your locs is carefully touched up with a comb and natural locking gel. This ensures that your locs blend neatly with the scalp again and can continue to grow in a beautiful, round, and natural way.
More than 100 locs, longer than shoulder blade length, and/or not professionally maintained for more than 3 months? Then choose this treatment: here, the regrowth of your locs is carefully touched up with a comb and natural locking gel, a Retwist. This ensures that your locs blend neatly with the scalp again and can continue to grow in a beautiful, round, and natural way.
More than 100 locs, longer than shoulder blade length, and/or not professionally maintained for more than 3 months? Then choose this treatment:
Combo of the Comb Retwist with a stylish finish of 2 locs (or 3/4) in rope twists. After touching up the roots using the comb & locking gel method, the locs are twisted together in a *Rope Twist* style. This gives your hairstyle a sleek and well-groomed look and lasts longer! Perfect for hair types 3 & 4.
More than 100 locs, longer than shoulder blade length, and/or not professionally maintained for more than 3 months? Then choose this treatment:
Combo of the Comb Retwist with a stylish finish of 2, 3, or 4 locs in rope twists. After touching up the roots using the comb & locking gel method, the locs are twisted in pairs in a *Rope Twist* style. This gives your hairstyle a sleek and well-groomed look and lasts longer.
Would you like a Rope Twist Style after your standard maintenance treatment? Then select this extra add-on service from our menu! This can be done after a touch-up with crochet, interlocking, or a retwist; you just need to book it with your treatment!

This treatment combines a Loc detox, cleansing, and maintenance, and is ideal if you want to reset your locs, provide deep care, and bring them back into a neat style.

The Loc RESET is intended as a complete maintenance treatment.
If you haven't maintained your locs for more than 6 months and they need much more care and help, select SOS Loc Care from the menu!
SOS Loc Care is a complete care and maintenance treatment for people who are about to give up on their Loc Journey! Locs that are neglected, locs that smell, have too much build-up, or simply haven't had a good hair care routine for too long...
This treatment combines an extra-long Loc detox, cleansing, wash & dry, and XL Loc Repair maintenance, and is ideal if you want to save your locs!
What does SOS LOc Care entail?
✔ XL Loc detox – deep cleansing to remove product residue, build-up, and impurities
✔ Scrub and steam the scalp with eucalyptus & tea tree for a scalp cleanse.
✔ Wash treatment – nourishing and tailored to your hair and scalp
✔ XL Drying of the locs under the hair dryer
✔ Cutting loose dreads that are stuck together
✔ XL Loc Repair – repairing the locos so you can continue your Loc Journey with pride!
✔ Personalized hair care routine advice to properly maintain your healthy locs.
During this treatment, we look at the condition of your locs and advise on what is best for your hair and loc journey at that moment, and how you can maintain it.

For buildup, fungus, or an irritated scalp. If your locs are in need of help, this is your last resort... before you reach for the clippers! A true SOS treatment.

Dread Repair
A complete treatment for tucking/touching up and dreads that have not been touched up for 3-6 months but have grown together, have weak spots, and no longer pass for a standard touch-up appointment.
Are your dreads longer than 6 months or have they never been touched up? Is it one big bird's nest? Then this XL rep;air is your salvation! We got you!
Beachlocs that have not been touched up for more than 3 months and require a lot of maintenance / beachlocs where the dreads and loose hair have grown together or beachlocs where the extensions have fallen out and are hanging by a thread. Extensions that need to be replaced on the beachlocs (bring your own hair).

Depending on the length of your hair and the desired thickness of your dreads, you can expect a treatment to take between 6 and 8 hours. We charge a minimum of 5 hours for making dreads at €525.

On the day of your appointment, we will examine your hair and determine the correct thickness/length of your locs together with you. It is possible that the treatment hours may differ from what you initially paid for or reserved. The extra hours will be charged to you additionally at the salon!

Creating dreadlocks from your own hair with human hair extensions for a longer length.

This hourly rate excludes the hair for extensions; you must bring this yourself. You can have the extensions made by us prior to your appointment. Send an email to iriedreadssalon@gmail.com or book a consultation.
For this treatment, we allow an average of 6-8 hours of work, depending on the length, number of locs extensions, desired thickness, etc.
The hourly rate for making dreads with extensions is €95, excluding the extensions; the online deposit is €625.
Should the treatment last more than 6 hours, the remaining hours in the salon will be charged to you.

Did you cut off your locs and regret it? Don't worry! We Got You!
As soon as your new growth is at least 10 cm long, we can make new locs from it and attach your old locs using the crochet method. We allow an average of 4.5 hours for this. If we take longer, the hourly rate of €99 applies.
Dreads met Undercut
Create dreadlocks on top. The middle edge from ear to ear is shaved à la Michael B Jordan in the Black Panther / Killmonger look (have the shave done beforehand by your own/another barber).
The hair on top must be at least 15 cm long to be dreaded. We allow a minimum of 3.5 to 4 hours of work for this appointment at €399.
This is a guideline and minimum for this treatment. If your treatment takes longer, you pay the remaining amount.
The hourly rate is €99.00
270 minutes— Making dreads only on top and extending with extensions. The bottom edge of your head is shaved/faded or undercut (have the shaving done beforehand by your own/another hairdresser).
The hair on top must be at least 15 cm long to be dreaded. We allow a minimum of 4.5 to 5 hours for the appointment at €480.
This is a guideline and minimum for this treatment. If your treatment takes longer, you pay the remaining amount.
The hourly rate is €99.00
Making beachlocs
Loose dreadlocks threaded through your own hair, using your own hair: a minimum of 11 to a maximum of 30 locs of your own hair dreaded through your loose hair for a beautiful beachy look!
We charge a minimum of 4 hours at €425.
If we take longer, the remaining amount for the extra hours will be charged to you on the day of the appointment.

11 to 30 dreadlocks threaded through your own hair, with human hair extensions for extra length. (see E-Book)
We maintain a minimum of 5 hours for treatment time at €525.
If we take longer, the extra time will be charged to you in the salon at an hourly rate of €99.

Do you want a few dreads at the bottom but have no idea how many, and do you have your own extensions that you want to have attached? Then choose a one-hour beach locs treatment.
A lot can be done in an hour... if more time is needed, we can add another hour, and you pay the additional hourly rate at the salon.

What to expect: scrub - steam - wash - head massage - conditioner - dry. (for locs length to below the shoulder blade)
Our 'Loc Spa Wash & Dry XL': scrub - steam - wash - head massage - conditioner - longer drying time. (for long locs or a lot of locs, e.g. more than 100)
The 'Loc Detox' is like a Deep Clean & wellness retreat for your hair! What we do: Natural Detoxing (2 or 3 times as needed) - steaming - shampoo - scalp massage - conditioner - drying - optional scalp oil if desired.
