Rules and Regulations

 

  • Please arrive on time. Time is money and yes, we will charge you.
  • Make sure your hair including scalp is clean, washed and dry for your loc appointment. A shower and a deodorant beforehand would be nice.
  • No pets allowed, sorry, not sorry. Not even because you think your dog is so cute. It is unhygienic. If you do bring your dog, cat or hamster, we kindly request that you leave it in the car or reschedule your appointment. You agree to these rules when booking your appointment. Animals are not allowed!
  • We are a hair salon, we do dreadlocks and want our clients to enjoy their me-time in peace, we are not a social meeting place, please come alone or if necessary with a 1, but please do not bring your friends, their friends, the neighbor and their family.
  • Of course you can have a bite to eat with your coffee/tea, for example a liga or cracker. But please leave your stinking tupperware containers at home.
  • The payment of the entire amount is done when booking online. You don't buy jeans at the Levi's store and pay for them 3 days later, right?
  • You can use our free WiFi, but we also love a good conversation.
  • Make a decision, make a choice, think about what you want and what look suits you and whether it is possible with your hair.
  • We are miracle workers, yes! and can do 'almost' anything....but creating long black locs on straight blonde thin short hair is where the 'almost' comes in, be reasonable please.
  • We understand that it hurts, that it is not a pleasant feeling on your scalp. We do our best to make it as painless as possible. We can offer a small break, even 2 if you are nice, but we cannot stop every 5 minutes or give you smoke breaks, we have a full working day and a normal touch up appointment is max 1.5 hours so stay seated, put on your seatbelt, enjoy the ride
  • It is very sweet to want to help untangle the bird's nest and/or try to comb out the ends, roll your locs while sitting down. This is something you might want to do at home and not when we have a sharp needle in our hand, right above your head.
  • The price list is non-negotiable.
  • You are responsible for the booked appointment, if you have booked the wrong treatment or booked too little time for what actually needs to be done, we will help you for the appointment you have booked and we kindly request you to book another one for the remaining time needed and come back another time.
  • You can change/cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance via the link in the appointment confirmation that you received from us by email.
  • No-Show, no money back. We are not sitting there gasping for air. We have reserved a certain time in the agenda for you and expect you on the chair, the moment you do not show up the chair remains empty and we can no longer schedule anyone to fill the gap.
  • Illness/cancellation within 12 to 24 hours of your appointment. This can happen to anyone! We completely understand! Just app, call, email, contact us and we will reschedule the appointment. If you had a follow-up appointment and you cancel it, we will charge a small fee, namely €20,- You will receive a payment request for this. Your appointment will be rescheduled in the agenda and your (online) payment remains valid. For an appointment for 'making dreads' we reserve a whole day in the agenda for your appointment, if you cancel 12 to 24 hours in advance due to illness, we will lose a whole day. €100,- is also charged for this as compensation. You will receive a tikkie for this and your appointment will be rescheduled, your payment will remain. But please note: if you cancel less than 12 hours before the start of your appointment, unfortunately you will lose your payment and you will have to make a new payment for a new appointment.
  • You agree to the above terms and conditions, rules and regulations.
